BOARDING Charges start on the first day, regardless of check-in time. No charges for the last day IF you check your pet(s) out by 10:00am OR your pet is being groomed by us on the day s/he goes home. When you are using our grooming service the day you pick your pet up, we will check them out of their run before 10:00am, saving you the cost of board for that day. As long as you pick up your pet BEFORE closing time, your charge for the day of check-out will only be for the grooming services.

Please note: early check-out unavailable on Sundays and holidays. We do close on major holidays and often have special hours on holiday weekends. To avoid disappointment, please ask about our holiday schedule.

DOGS  We have different size runs for different size dogs, subject to availability. Please note that the small dog runs are in a building seperate from the medium and large runs, so if you have a little one, their 'neighbor' won't be a Great Dane. Charges per day are as follows:

Discounts: Pets staying over 30 days will receive a 15% discount, and dogs will receive a free bath; however, since matted fur gets worse when wet, there will be a charge for brushing out heavy-coated breeds. 

Military personnel and senior citizens (over the age of 65) will receive a 10% discount.

VIP cards are available for $10. The VIP card gives you 10% off for 10 visits, even over howl-i-days! 

We will honor only one discount per visit.  

PAYMENT: Advance payment of two weeks of the board bill is required for pets staying two weeks or more. For longer stays, we require an advance payment  and payments every two weeks.

Final payment in full is due when the pet is picked up. We accept cash, money order, travelers checks, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
